Very unfriendly staff!

This place is perfectly located in the heart of the city, with incredibly friendly staff all around.

The location right in the centre of town was great. And it was also adjacent to main square and River, old Nuremberg center and tourist attraction​s like Kaiserburg. The breakfast was reasonably priced - a wide range of dishes.

Location, location, location. Great location, just steps from the Haupmarkt. Rate was very nice, considering the location and accommodations. Great wi-fi, very nice breakfast (for 10e) totally worth it. Rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. Staff was extremely nice!

This is more a recommendation to visitors... We like everything about the hotel, considering it's in the heart of old Nuremberg. It's a city hotel, so you know that if there is an event, you will hear noise, we were ok with it. Parking is located in the same building but it's a public parking lot, so access to the hotel can be complicated but if you are traveling light, you shouldn't have a problem. Park first in Haupmarkt parking and then look for the hotel reception just next to the parking pay booth.

The personnel was extremely helpful, doing their best to assist. Coffee and croissants at the dining area were fresh. The location was comfy, within a close distance from Chain Bridge.

I enjoyed the room and its bright decor. The staff were very, very nice, the breakfast was fine with variety offood. The location was super and brilliant - 900 feet away from a bustling square.

This place has an amazing location, just a short walk away from a municipal museum, and it's conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk to downtown, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
